Feasibility Review + 3D Massing Visualization This engagement combines a two-hour architectural feasibility consultation with a custom 3D massing visualization developed to support early decision-making and stakeholder communication. During the consultation, we evaluate architectural feasibility, program fit, zoning constraints, massing logic, and high-impact cost drivers. The discussion is focused on identifying risks, testing assumptions, and clarifying viable development paths before design or construction commitments are made. Following the call, a simplified 3D massing model is produced to visually represent the project concepts discussed. The model is intended for early-stage communication—helping convey scale, form, and development intent to partners, investors, or internal teams. This is not a marketing render or design package, but a clear, accurate representation aligned with feasibility considerations. The 3D massing visualization is delivered within 48 hours of the consultation.
