Service Description
Confidential, advisory-only engagement focused on early architectural decision-making and project impacts. // 1-hour Session: A focused, high-impact session to evaluate whether a project is directionally sound before further commitments are made. This call is ideal for early-stage questions around site constraints, program fit, massing logic, and high-risk architectural decisions. We’ll identify feasibility concerns, cost drivers, and unknowns that should be resolved before design fees, entitlements, or construction planning move forward. We will work in 2D Drafting, Google maps, and concept site evaluation. Best for: Early feasibility checks, second opinions, and validating initial assumptions. // 2 hour session: Expanded Feasibility & Risk Assessment A deeper working session designed to unpack a project beyond first impressions. This engagement allows time to evaluate architectural systems, zoning implications, envelope strategy, and buildability considerations in greater detail. In addition to identifying feasibility risks, we’ll discuss alternative approaches and decision paths that can improve viability, reduce exposure, or clarify next steps. We will investigate these studies through live, 3D modeling and massing to guide decisions and bring clarity to the discussion. Best for: Projects moving toward design or entitlement where architectural decisions begin to carry real financial consequences. // 3 hour Session: Comprehensive Architectural Feasibility Workshop An in-depth feasibility workshop intended for complex or high-stakes projects. This session functions as a working review of architectural assumptions, development strategy, and early cost implications across multiple systems. The extended format allows for scenario testing, trade-off discussions, and alignment between design intent, construction reality, and financial constraints—before decisions become expensive to reverse. We will build upon the 3D massing, getting into Architectural inspiration, big conceptual design moves, and establishing design directions influencing the site. Best for: Projects that are in the Due Diligence phase of pre-development. Zoning questions, presentations and neighborhood discussions will have meaningful impacts on these discussions.
